本页面说明 WordBites（英语单词学习应用，开发者 WordBites）用户如何请求删除自己的数据。你可以选择删除部分数据（无需删除账号），也可以删除整个账号及其全部数据。
以上操作会立即从你的账号中移除对应数据，无需删除账号。
若你无法访问应用，可发送邮件至 wordbitescontactus@gmail.com，邮件标题写「Delete My Data」，并注明你注册使用的邮箱地址（用于核实身份）。我们会在核实后 30 天内处理并删除。

保留期：删除请求处理后，数据将从线上系统即时移除，并在 90 天内从加密备份中清除。法律要求保留的记录（如交易/税务）按相应法定期限保留。
This page explains how users of WordBites (an English vocabulary-learning app, developed by WordBites) can request deletion of their data. You can delete some of your data without deleting your account, or delete your entire account and all associated data.
These actions remove the selected data from your account immediately, without deleting your account.
If you can't access the app, email wordbitescontactus@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Data" and include the email address you registered with (so we can verify your identity). We will process and delete your data within 30 days of verification.

Retention: After a deletion request is processed, data is removed from live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records) are retained for the applicable statutory period.
